Employment and the Workplace

Equal Employment Opportunity/Nondiscrimination

We insist that the conditions of labor should be based on the individual's ability in the position, not the individual's personality or belief. We provide employees with a fair, non-discriminatory, coercive and free working environment

Forced Labour

We do not use any form of slavery, imprisonment, contract or coercion for employees to produce.

Child Labour

Hours of Labour

We will maintain a reasonable employee's working hours based on local law, based on normal and overtime working hours, or local working hours and normal work weeks.
